Re: Hesco Camshafts?
Got one in mine that i'm literally dropping in right now. Should have it fired up by Friday or Saturday.
I have there H-264-14B, was recommended by Bennie based off of my smog requirements and my desire to have a reliable daily driver with good vacuum. Ill be sure to post up my results after i hear and feel it. Cant comment on anything else as this will be my first experience using there equipment.

I eagerly await hearing about your experience with it. I can get a Lunati for pretty cheap, but they have a fairly aggressive ramp and I don't know how that will effect longevity of the valvetrain.

Re: Hesco Camshafts?
I don't have proof, but I have heard that the faster ramps such as comp's XE line and Lunati's Voodoo won't last as long as a less aggressive ramp. However, we do have wider lifters so that may help.

Re: Hesco Camshafts?
The ramps are more agressive, but the rocker ratio is 1.6. So its not as bad as a chevy grind that uses a 1.5 rocker. You could go smaller on the lift and use a 1.7 rocker to get the same results as a fast ramp with a 1.6 rocker.
