Post by Thunder »

hy there
im Erez from Israel, new here and was happy to get to know this strokers forum.
thaught ill upload some of my stroker specs and pics.
i built mine 2 years ago and 'till this day it runs like a stalion

my stroker specs are :
- 1990' 258 standart cranckshaft + rods
- standart 242 engine block with bored to a 030 cylinders
- standart 242 030 pistons by clevite + rings
- standart 242 cam'
- standart 242 HO head (7120), no porting or bigger valves
- painted in official ferari red :rockout: :D

The stuff that makes him work for now :
- pacesetter full-length headers + 2.5 inch exhaust
- motorcraft 2100 1/08 on a 51 jets carb
- TFI hybrid ignition system

The jeep he runs on is a jeep CJ-6 with 44 and 30 axles, 3.31 ratio (for now), 4 speed T-176 and a D-300, 33-12.5 MTR's, big mechanic vent, and a rear lockright locker.

why driveshafts salyer?
well.... here are 2 from the 7 that he slaughter in the first year-

after that year, i was sick and tired from crispy drivshafts that the slayer keeps destroing, so i did a stroker driveshaft.........
a 3.4 mm of tube thickness, and a heavy duty slip-yoke

Image
since then- life is gooooood...

and this is what he does best...
Dune Teror :rockout: :rockout:

and may i remind you the barriers he puts up this power with- 33-12/5 on a 3.31 ratio, rear lockright, carb, and a big mechanic fan.

on the future- improved MPI, 3.73, electric fans and more to get him to the max...

Thanx for reading  .

Welcome to the board.

Did you say that you run the stroker with a carb?

What is your compression with the stock pistons?

What cam do you run?

Your driveshaft looks like a pretzel.
