Cylinder Block Deck Height Variance

So my deck height is stated to be between 9.450 - 9.456 inches. Is the variance just the machining tolerances from Chrysler? Will my deck height not be the same exact value throughout the block? Six thousands of an inch is pretty amazing if you think about it, that's immeasurable to the naked eye.
If I were to build my stroker with the 4.2 crank, 4.0 rods, and KB945 pistons, in order to achieve zero deck clearance I would need to mill the block between 0.0265 - 0.0325 inches. Best to just mill the block 0.026 inches all around? Any harm in going 0.027? The image attached in this post shows my measurements.
