In the worst case you can always make a tiny dish to clear the exhaust valve alone (if the interference isn't much, like 0.01-0.05"), since the intake is not a problem anyways (fully opens when piston is near BDC). This "dish way" of doing this won't lower the compression much, but it will become an interference engine.

Or you can find a cam that has smaller exhaust lift.
