Jtec tuner needed

As the title states, I need a tuner for my 2004 jeep TJ J tech 4.6 stroker ECU.
I need someone who can provide a tune for me via HP tuners that will leave it unlocked. I have the necessary equipment and software already.
Anybody know of anybody experienced?
