Stroker afr what should it be

I installed a cam in my stroker and timing chain, at first it ran very lean my wideband was pegged full lean, wouldn't even register on the gauge, and got a lean code while driving, would stall if i gave it throttle unless i waited2 minutes, I suspect my cam timing was off, with the crank pulley at 0 degrees my distributor rotor was pointing at 6 o clock, I decided to remove the timing chain and rotate the cam back until the distributor got to where it was supposed to be at the 530 position, started the jeep, wideband was reading very rich around 9, I suspect it's the after start enrichment, after that it goes back to fully lean and pegged on the gauge, at probably 3/4 throttle it reads 12.5 on the afr gauge, i know this is right too, I'm not sure how open loop and closed loop works but shouldn't I see 14.7 at idle, I have not driven the jeep yet so I don't know how it will act under load or if it will throw a check engine light, got late tonight, I'm ordering some cam degree tools
