Stroker runs lean

Got my jeep back together obd1 and having an issue with it running lean, pegged on the wideband I have installed, 4.6 stroker, 24 ib injectors, stock compression, ran great for 1 year then had a cam bearing failure, next engine ran awful because of lobe separation on the cam, 10inHg, later on while running that cam a really weird problem come up with it running way too rich, never figured it out, my fuel pressure was too high 80psi and idled at 1400, pressure dropps to zero on shutdown, would have to wait for my check engine light to come on about 30 seconds after starting or it would be too bogged out to drive every time i drove it, all sensors other than the crank sensor are new in the past 6 months along with the fuel pump and regulator, would have to reset the battery once a month or it would have high idle and fuel pressure again, tried to put in a microsquirt ecu to fix it and couldn't figure it out, when i reconnected all my oem ecu wires i would get a code after 10 minutes of driving for rich condition detected by abnormally lean correction factor, now I just swapped the cam to one with good lobe separation, my vacuum is 18inHg at idle, timing at 12 degrees, fuel pressure at 38psi, on initial start up if I try to rev it, it stalls, probably because it's too lean, but about 3 minutes later it will rev and drive fine, wideband (its standalone) will sweep between full rich and lean trying to find the right spot, after 10 minutes of driving i get code 51 lean condition detected by abnormally rich correction factor, I'm at the end of the road so close to having it be right again, I need to fix my fuel pressure leak down issue, there is no drips but I know it's coming from the connector on the rail, I can see dampness, other than that, what am I to do, where is my next step on fixing this, my injectors tested ok, I also removed the rail and pressurized it to check for leaks, I have touched everything on the jeep and don't know what else to do
