Hello all. Long time no talk I apologize.
Well I've completely disassembled the 90' I pulled from junk yard.
Now I'm wondering what kind of machine work I'll need to build a 4.6 stroker. My machine shop is ready for me to drop off my block this week. Since I plan to take it here in a few days I want to have a list for him. Thank you all sorry still a newbie but i appreciate you all!

At a minimum you'll need to have the block hot tanked, oil galleries cleaned, the cylinders bored/honed, the block deck checked for flatness, new cam.bearings pressed into the block, the cylinder head checked and milled for flatness, and have the valves lapped in their seats.
Depending on your desired build spec for the 4.6L stroker, further work may be required. Which crank, rods, pistons, and cams do you plan to use? Are you planning to stick with the '90 Renix cylinder head or upgrade to a '91-'98 HO head?
