5.0L Clegg Stroker in my future... anyone else have one?

The longer stroke of the 4.6 makes it produce more torque, especially at lower rpm, but it also limits piston speed and probably won't tolerate as much boost as a 4.0.

I had similar thoughts. I'm considering 30-pound injectors.
