Hi, I'm currently 35 " km3 with 4.86 crown and pinion (currie 9 ") in my Tj 1997 m / t. With a basic stroker I could use 4.10, to improve comfort on the highway at around 80mph? or in the mountains and off-road will it be worse than now with 4.0? thank you

With a combination of a torquey 4.6 stroker and 35" tires, the 4.10 axle gears would be just about right.

This is a good gear calculator for picking gears.
