Mystery Harness

Post by George Dickel »

In the process of gathering parts for the past 2 years or so, I ended up with some extras by accident. That turned out to be a very good thing. Now I'll be selling some harnesses that were either the wrong year or duplicates. I also have this engine harness (the one for the fuel injectors, tranny, etc) that is unlike my original or the replacement. My original ('98 TJ Sport) is about 13 feet long if you stretch it out from end to end. The tail of it terminates at the fuel pump in the gas tank. This oddball harness seems to stop at the transfer case. My guess is that it is for a 97 or 98 4.0L but I don't know which vehicle. I have a picture that I will attempt to upload.
My hopes are that there are Jeep techs/junkies here that can identify this thing so I can get it in the hands of someone who can use it. Thanks!
