Can I wash a block AFTER cam bearings have been installed?

Got my block back from the machine shop late last year and am read to get started with assembly. The machine shop installed the cam bearings when they did the rest of the work. I know it needs to have a final wash before assembly, but I wanted to make sure there is no issue with washing it with the cam bearings installed. I know, ideally, the final wash would probably occur before the cam bearing installation. Am I safe to go ahead with my wash of this block? I didn't know if there was some special coating on the bearings that the Dawn soap might mess up..

No problem giving it a good wash with Dawn dishwater soap. Soft bristle brushes in conjunction with a siphon sprayer works best.

Typically afterwards I’ll give the cylinder walls a good wipe down with marvel mystery oil.
