anyone know what this port on my oil pan is for?

1999 4.0 block and pan. Added by a pretty crappy welder or PO. Is this for an oil cooler? Port is pretty large

Bypass filter return
Turbo return
Oil cooler return
Pretty much anything

Ah, thx! Hadn't thought of that. Don't think it was for a turbo oil line with that size but likely for an oil bypass/cooler line. I'm in the process of completing a 4.6 build and here in South Florida, a cooler sounds like a pretty good idea.
