Twas searching the interwebs and found this. Seems now that a company actually produces a decent kit and can make some money the big wigs are going after them. What do y'all think? Do replicas tarnish the Shebly image? Or do the people buying them know that theyre getting a different car with the same shape? Is it right to go after a group of private citizens talking about their kits? (If you look at the allegations Shelby's organization is going after a forum for people building the kits from that manufacturer.

Weren't they just involved with some legal mess involving a Shelby owner's club? I remember reading a lot of articles on the Factory Five cars and heard that they are a really good product. I think Shelby is at the end of their rope and have no image to tarnish anyhow.
