Fuel Regulator Tunning

Would anyone know if the Mopar 4.2 EFI conversion kit has an acceptable fuel regulator for the stroker? My dad mentioned he had to upgrade his fuel pump when doing the conversion, but the kit has nothing to do with the regulator.
I'm looking into purchasing the Aeromotive 13109. Once I have that, how do I go about tunning it to let the wanted psi through.
Do I just install it and forget it and let the ECM change the fuel injector rates? (I have 24lb Accels)
