On Going Problems

My project started in September of 2018 and continues. I have a 2006 Wrangler Unlimited which I had a mechanic drop an ATK 4.7 which ran for about 150 miles. I fought to get my money back which I used for Golen 4.6. First engine had sensor correlation issues and the bearings toasted in about 600 miles. 2nd engine resulted in about 600 miles and over fueling causing the bearing to go again.
The Jeep, now has the 4th engine and it has all new OEM sensors and correct fuel pressure but still over fuels. The shop and Golen seem to be avoiding me. Also during the shipping the fancy valve cover was cracked with both places saying it aint their fault.
The engine from Golen, comes with 24lb injectors which my gut is telling me is overkill.
Now two weeks before hunting elk, the jeep is not available to use. To date, the costs are around 12k.
My brother is going to pick up the jeep and see whats up. He has built a 69 Camero with a LS, has a C10 with an LS and is building a CJ7 with a LS3. I think he may be able to figure out the overfueling issue before it gets trashed again.
Questions for all of you;
What Aluminum Valve Cover will work
What would cause the overfueling
Would putting stock 4 hole injectors be better
Any help is appreciated
