Anyone running Crower camsaver lifters? How is your oil pressure? What type of oil pump did you use (standard or high volume)?
I am still gathering parts for my stroker. Not sure about using the cam savers or grooving the lifter bores.

I have on a standard oil pump. No oil pressure problems. I won't be using them again however. For one the finish on the bottom of the lifter wasn't as nice as the comp cam lifters I have used in the past. The second issue I have is that they are constantly spinning, and the slot is not always over the cam as it goes under the lifter. I wouldn't recommend against using then though.I am grooving my lifter bores instead this time around.

Im running them and Im wondering if they are partly responsible for some lower oil pressures Ive been having. It feels like its a leak within the engine in my mind. Im only using a standard pump, but may be switching soon.
