Not even close to enough basic information to diagnose. How do you know it's rich? What injectors are you using? What cam? Did you sync the distributor? Did you build the motor yourself or buy a long block? Do you have anything to tune with?

I purchased off of 505 performance. 27lbs injectors. I did Tex on opda and I do not have software to tune with

Complete long block. I do not thinks it’s rich anymore but definelty has less power than factory 4.0

27#? I think that's too big unless there is something different about your year and fuel pressure or something. Why did you think it was rich before and no longer think so? You are not making this easy. What do you mean you did tex on the opda? 505 has a TERRIBLE reputation on here fwiw.

I will get a wide band on it. Seemed rich at first just because I’m without cats now. Seems to drive like I’m hauling a trailer.
