Bought a jeep with a new atk 4.7 stroker. As far as I know everything off the old motor was put on this one. Was wondering if anybody knows anything about these atk 4.7 and any performance upgrades that's good for these. Maybe upgrades the motor actually needs. It's supposed to be 210 horse and 280 torque and would like to get 300 horse or more. Thanks

Need more info. What bolt-ons does it have? You probably don't know what cam and if the head is ported and polished, but those are big. You will be hard pressed to get 300hp out of an N/A stroker though.

As far as I know everything is off the stock 4.0. it's got a cold air intake and throttle body spacer but that's all I know of. I dunno about the cam but the head is basically stock. I was thinking of porting and polishing the head or getting an aftermarket one and was gonna get the same cam that comes in the Baja 4.7. I figured the bottom end should b fine just maybe head work and cam?

I was also wondering if injectors would help or getting the throttle body bored.

I don't think there's much you can do to reach your goal, as you're 90hp short and it'll take something radical. The ATK Baja Beast would have been a better starting point.
You'll need a 68mm TB, ported intake manifold, ported head with upgraded valve springs, higher compression ratio, performance cam, header, free flow exhaust, oversize injectors, and dyno tune.
