4.6l stroker project for 2004 wj. No pictures of bottom end, scat crank stock rods with polished beams with .030 over icon 944 pistons, all balanced. Since the rods were being balanced, the balance pads were ground down which led to the girdle only needing .090" thick spacers. The goal was to zero deck the block and still have streetable compression. Looked at the keith black hyperneumatics and was not fond of the full round dish, wanted the d shape dish to mirror the head chamber. Solution was a tupy head, with larger magnum valves sunk a bit and chambers opened up, managed to end up with 63cc chambers. The larger vavles were probalby not needed but matched the throats on the ports better. Also a Delta regrind thrown in. Results are a 9.3 compression.
