Fuel Pump Question

My fuel pump took a crap on me and now that I'm replacing it the new pump looks smaller than the older one. I built this motor about 5 years back and recall uaing the stock '94 fuel pump, but may have used something else. Is there any reason a stock 94 yj pump wouldn't work running 24# ford injectors and a stock fuel pressure regulator?

A stock '91-'95 4.0L fuel pump has an output of 90 liters/hour and will support up to 300hp. Plenty enough for a stroker.

Thanks, I may be pushing close to 300hp though with the build I have. Any suggestions for a solution that wouldn't involve dropping the tank if I end up leaning out at WOT? I've heard that a supplemental inline pump can help by dropping the fuel line psi so the tank pump can keep up at higher load.
