Just a question I haven't seen addressed. I don't think is a problem and going to check but wanted to throw out.
Block standard not decked. Head milled .020. Pistons Sealed Pwr. H825 .Comp Cam 68-235-4 (Lift Int. .477 Ext. .493)
258 Rods.Fel Pro head gasket .051 thick. With this combo do you think there is valve clearance to piston problems?
Thanks

No there seems to be suffecient clearance for most combinations. The valves are tucked up pretty high into the combustion chamber. You shouldn't have a problem

With all most .500 lift on the exh side, it would be worth checking, just for piece of mind.................Mgardiner1 said, the Valve set up in the head a ways, and w/a dish piston.........there should be plenty???????????????????

Remember, Duration can Eat up "Valve to piston Clearance" just as fast as lift.
