Fuel Injected Compatible Cams?

hey guys this is basically my first post so ill do a 2-for-1 special intro/question post.
about 2 weeks ago I lost a piston skirt on my 03 WJ 4.0 with 160k. had a 75 wet shot on it and not 100% sure if that contributed to it being that the skirt cracked and not the head of the piston (or any of the pistons). anyway I replaced the motor with one with 100k on it, and now have a 4.0 long block, 0331 tupy head, and a good base for a stroker build sitting in my garage. I pulled the pistons and everything and the cylinder walls aren't gouged, even the cylinder that lost the skirt. so I'm considering doing a 4.5L if the shop can re hone my walls, or 4.7 if they can't hone and crosshatch enough while keeping close to the stock bore tolerance.
my goals for the build is around 250 HP and 280-300 Tq, possibly nitrous safe(being that I still have the kit sitting in the garage ) an something that will last while being revved up frequently. (I do a lot of highway driving and merging, and also enjoy a good foot to the floor). also would like a full roller valvetrain setup.
my question getting back to the title of the post is that every camshaft I find for the 4.0/4.2 is saying that they're not for fuel injected motors/not computer controlled compatible. the motor is going back in my 03 WJ so it can't be carb'd. any suggestions on cam brands (other than comp cams) would be appreciated.
