1990 Jeep YJ 4.2L Block 4.0 Head

First and foremost what I am trying to accomplish.
Currently I have a carbed YJ with a 4.2l Block and a 4.0 Head. That being said it has forged piston's has been ported, rocker rollers etc. I'd like to snag the EFI system off of a 1999 Cherokee I have laying around and replace my current carbed system. I have zero knowledge of how to accomplish this besides obviously stealing the hardware. Any information helps! I have been speaking to a few local Jeep club members and they have voiced concern's regarding fueling.
I hope to provide more information when I have all of my documentation/parts list tonight.
