Clifford 6=8 upgrade

I have an 82 wagoneer with a stock 258.
My exhaust manifold is bad and I have a small intake leak.
I'm pretty much decided on the Clifford 6=8 kit but considering a 4.0 head swap at same time.
Should I do the head swap and the full Clifford 242 kit
Or keep 258 head with Clifford 258 kit?
Appreciate thoughts and advice
