Not necessarily.
It depends on the specs of the stroker you want to build, the existing fuel system pressure, injector size selected, the type of ECU you'll be using, and whether it can be retuned.

stroker setup:

ported head from russ
ported 99+ intake from russ
62mm throttle valve
pacetter header
30lbs injectors
racetec pistons 3.935 with new rods
camshaft 68-232-4
rollmaster timing set
harland sharp roller rockers
scat 4.2 crank
melling high volume oil pump

i want to use the stock 92 ecu.
i got a wideband lambda with gauge meter to check the engine all the time
fuel pressure with the stock regulator must be 40psi i think

Nice parts list.
You should be OK with the existing stock '92 ECU and 39psi fuel pressure regulator, but the 30lb injectors you've chosen are way too big. The Accel ACC-150624 24lb injectors are what you need.

you're right with the injectors.
russ chose the 24lb for my setup
don't know why i came up to the 30lb....
