2004 4.7 Stroker with 42RLE trans programming

Hi im doing a 4.7 Stroker with Russ and need some guidance with Programming and injector selection. I have read several forms in the basic area and advanced areas. I am no smarter.... more confused than ever.He said I should post up he does not do any tunes.
I tow a light trailer have 35" tires and run 4.13 gears. I need to know and understand which injector to use is one better than another? What works.
Also will I be okay running 91+ fuel or do I need to have a new tune put into the ecm. Who does this, do they need my computer and vehicle or can I send it to them. what does one achieve with the tune? what are the problem areas I should look at with the tunes?
Id appreciate any info I can get. I head back for Cancer surgery in a month and id Like to have my ducks in a row before I go back under the kiife
