Necessary tuning for a 4.6 stroker?

I'm looking to find out if there's any kind of tuning or tweaking of sensors necessary to get my stroker build to run okay other than bigger injectors. I've heard there is someone who does real tuning and I would like to have that done but I'd like to push that off a bit. Will my computer be able to adapt well enough or will I need to modify a bunch?
My plan so far is a 97 block, stage 3 stroker (scat crank, 4.0 rods, Keith black forged pistons with the right pin height) from Clegg at 9.6:1 CR, bored 30 over, Clegg stage 2 head with oversize valves, and a comp cams 232-4 (I think I don't remember off the top of my head). It's then going into my 98 grand cherokee, OBD 2 ofcourse. I don't know if it will help or not but I have access to a Chrysler retech computer if that would help me tweak something.
I tried searching but honestly I couldn't think of how to word my search terms.
