ATK Baja stroker

So I'm in the process of purchasing all the supporting components for the motor and my questions are this:
ATK recommends a 62mm throttle body and 24lb injectors but I'm curious if using a 68mm throttle body and maybe 30lb Accel injectors would be advantageous....suggestions?
