FTC1 Advice

Been a long time since I have been here! My stroker project was queued for a few years. Now I am trying to pick up where I left off. The FTC1 color code provided didn't correspond to my WJ precisely, so I had to use the shop manual and decypher. I also started hooking up an excalibur turbo timer w2w and found the d2d box and installed it. I haven't even put a battery in it yet because I'm trying to double check my old work. Installed the dark blue 39/42#hr injectors. Interested in advice or input about this endeavor. Suggested maps. Do's and don'ts.
