Real Power/torque numbers of 4.6 poor man's

Ok, I know I have seen power/torque numbers for these engines like up in the 3800-4200 rpm range, my Jeep will almost never get up that high unless real hard trail riding. So what about numbers at say 2500-3500 rpm? Still trying to compare my 4.6 poor man's stroker, just about like Cheromaniac's engine, to a stock ford 351w either carb or FI.
thanks

Here's my dyno sheet. The torque curve is virtually flat from 1500-4500rpm, and my Jeep pulls cleanly in 5th gear from less than 1000rpm with stock 3.07 axle gears and 27.4" tires. It feels much livelier than the modest 202rwhp would suggest.

This is my dyno sheet from my build

Still not sure why I am 50hp less than Cheromaniac but I am currently doing new intake and new mandrel bent downpipe so we will see what that does.
Cheers

Two possible reasons:
1. Your Jeep has a higher drivetrain HP/TQ loss (automatic, bigger wheels, higher ratio axle gears)
2. Different dyno (Mustang dyno typically reads 0-15% lower than Dynojet)
