How to up rpm

Hello everybody,

I have two question to ask any one know it.

1)
I have wrangler yj 1995 stroker , i want make rpm to 6000 or 6500.
Someone he say change chip inside ecu ,where can fine this chip?

2)
If i have cherokee 2000 , and i want up rpm to 7000!
Because superchip only 6000, but i see some people make it at 7200!
How can do it ?

I hope to get any answer for two question !
