Engine Question

I have a stock 1997 TJ engine and driveline, which I am looking to refresh in the coming weeks. Originally I was going to purchase a 4.6 engine from Golen, however was taken back by the reviews.
What I would like to know:
• Who has the best reputation for building a stroker (price is not a factor as i plan on keeping my jeep another 200k)
• What is the reliability ( I drive this jeep to Moab yearly so I need 4.0 reliability)
• Why do some stroker builds require larger injectors and zinc oil additive while others do not
• What compression do you want to stick with
• Has anyone had success with ATK (branded as mopar or Hesco
• Has anyone had great success with any machine shops in Denver or Bolder area
The reason for looking to a pre-built engine was
1. Consistency in the build vs a machine shop with parts provided as most have not built anything more than a 4.0
2. I was warned that reliability was not there and they one particular shop in Denver had to many problems and not will not build them
