Cut and dry please ! What plugs and gap to use for a 4.7 , comp 68-232-4, 50 thou under deck with a 43 headgasket. My lord this is confusing as hell. Right now not sure what I through in but they are long tip plugs. Running a little hot 210-220 at most. No pinging though on the 87 octane that was in the tank. Thanks

Before I talked to Russ I went with a colder plug. Omg my engine ran like shit. Seems like stock plugs are best for me. I never knew changing plug heat ranges can really make an engine run like shit. I'm just surprised how much plugs make a difference. Typically always been a Bosch platinum guy myself. Back to stock plugs. 40 gap if I'm correct ?

RC12 LYC definitely is my plug. I can't believe how the wrong plug makes it run bad.
