HI!

I need a good exhaust system for my stroker project.
- 4.0 HO engine , DIY porting head
- RENIX fuel injection (stock rev limiter)
My project build here: http://www.jeepstrokers.com/forum/viewt ... =15&t=5102

very good mid range torque, emission friendly , good loud sound but good for a DD (if possible, i reuse my flowmaster muffler )

Header , header pipe, catalytic converter.

Any suggestions? :worship:

An APN header, custom 2.5" downpipe, 2.5" high-flow cat, 2.5" muffler, and 2.5" tailpipe.
You'll need to order the header from the US (check ebay) but you may be able to piece the rest of the exhaust together at any good local exhaust shop. It would save you a lot of money in shipping costs if you can avoid buying those from the US.

Anybody think there are notable benefits to changing over to the dual outlet style? Performance or durability I mean. I realize some custom exhuastwork would be required. Might be something the OP should consider.

Only benefit I could see is to have a custom Y pipe made and then use a 3"+ exhaust pipe to the rear. That is instead of modifying any of the earlier single outlet headers to 3". You could always do dual pipes all the way back with the dual outlet header, but that is adding weight and routing issues when a single would work just fine.
