Misplaced oil sending unit fitting

Post by optmaxx »

So I misplaced what I believe is the oil sending unit fitting, the one circled in red. I tried doing a search, but since I'm not sure exactly what it's called, I can't seem to find it or I get brass fittings that don't seem to quite look like what I need. What is this fitting called?

My suggestion would be to take the picture you have posted and bring it with you to your local Jeep dealership and they'll be able to look it up on there microfiche.
It shouldn't be that expensive.
