I have tried searching but I couldn't really find an exact answer. I have an 05 TJ that I plan to build a 4.6 for. I want to find a block to use so I can build it up in my garage and drop it in when its ready. I don't really want to pull my engine until its time as it is my daily driver. I don't care about any of the accessories on the donor engine just the block. So my question is what vehicles can I use for a donor block that all of my TJ accessories will bolt up?

Preferably an '02+ TJ block that also has the revised TUPY 0331 head.

What Dino said. TJ blocks have their own engine mount bosses and accessory drives.
Dallas at Stinkyfab can make an engine mount adapter but you will still have to deal with the acc. Drives.

I was also told that 99-04 WJ blocks would be the same too. Is this correct or not?

That's correct but you won't want the earlier crack-prone 0331 heads from the '99-'01 WJ engines, so you'll need to look for '02-'04 WJ engines unless you only want the short block.
