So far the engine is in the machine shop. I have banks torque tube headers, and monster exhaust on order. I am still sifting through the forums deciding an intake throttle body and chip. I am considering my next purchases to be a painless performance throttle body, a Brute Force intake, and a Unichip. Any input is appreciated.

62mm Bored stock throttle body or new BBK 62mm TB. For the price of the Painless 62 or 68mm TB, you can get a 68mm TB from F+B for $400 and save a few bucks.

Open element under the hood look cool but are really close to a 'Hot' air intake. If you only drive on the street and highway, you might be fine. If you off-road, look into a true cowl intake like stock air box with ducting or THOR or Spectre type.

Save your money of the Unichip. You will need bigger injectors, '784's and Get it tuned properly.

Just my 2 cents. Great project.

It will be mostly a daily driver. I also have a very built JK for playing. Thank You for the heads up BBK is a muck better price. I do like the Spectre intake. I was thinking if I try the Spectre, I could paint inside the cowl with lizard skin or something to help keep the noise down. Also do you mean I would need bigger injectors if I did get the Unichip or use the bigger injectors and skip the Unichip. Not sure how many programmers out there are customizable but I would like something that I could use to set the Idle, timing, and air to fuel myself. Or do you think that the stock computer can compensate for the additional volume by it's self. The end goal is I would like to be able to maximize the power gains of the stroker kit.

I got a little more done now. I used RustOleum professional undercoat in the spray can. 4 cans so far. I started with 2 coats of primer. I think I might do one more one more coat. It still seems to be a little thin compared to the factory undercoat.

Any thoughts on header paid or wrap?

It will crack and rust the headers. Don't use it.

X2!

I did a 572 about 20 years ago when the wrap was kinda the in thing.
This was a muscle car that it's street miles we're driven to and from the donut shop and hamburger stands on weekends.
Within a year the hooker competition series headers rusted and practically fell off the car.
The problem with the wrap is if you drive it short distances at all it holds in the moisture.

If you have your headers ceramic coated, insist they do the inside.

Everything is installed but I have a crank, no start situation. I will have to begin troubleshooting tomorrow. Suggestions are welcome.

Usual culprit is crank sensor. Ignition coil could also be it. One of the sensors that uses the shared 5v feed could also short out the asd relay(unplug one at a time). If you have fuel at the rail spraying out the shrader valve when pushed, then probably no spark is your issue.
