Hey Dino, fastest Cherokee?

So I finally got my hunk of jeep to the track last night and believe I put down some good numbers. Given all the research I've done I think they are the best numbers out there period.
Just to catch people up, it's a 2Dr Cherokee setup to go beat on unsuspecting Honda's and mustangs. It's a Bolton build with a completely stock original 230k+ mile 4.0L motor.
First pass I went
2.1. : 60ft
9.5. : 1/8
14.9 : 1/4
@89mph
From what I can find that's the fastest stock N/A motor Cherokee.
Then I opened the bottle.
1.7. : 60ft
8.0. : 1/8
12.7 : 1/4
@ 104
That should be the fastest stock motor Cherokee AND the fastest jeep motor/I6 motor Cherokee period. While also beating out alot of the v8 guys too.
Just stoked about my runs, despite everyone at the track complaining about not hooking up, and I'm in the mountains, and someone laid a bike down so we couldn't get anymore passes

12.7 seconds on the bottle, that's pretty cool.
2.2 second improvement with nitrous.
Have you weighed it?
Auto or stick?

Stock auto drive train. Stock long block, haven't even done a headgasket, stock transmission, and even stock converter. Has the 8.25 rear which is stock plus a Spartan locker.
It is obviously light given Cherokees only put down 135rwhp through the auto from factory. Even with all my boltons I'm still well below the 200 mark. Weight wise is def sub 3,000 lbs. Still have more to take out though.
And by Peter do you mean the salt flats racer? We have talked many times. Not sure if you're trying to compare our jeeps but I'm fairly confident mine is much fast in the 1/4. But either way at the end of the day, he doesn't have a Cherokee.

I honestly figured there would be more interest. Or at minimum a reply from Dino.

No worries Jeff, I hadn't forgotten you.
I think it's safe to say that yours is probably the fastest surviving stock 4.0L long block XJ at the moment. There's definitely something cool about having a sleeper that'll lay the smackdown on unsuspecting ricers and V8 muscle cars, and there's no question your XJ is punching way above its own weight.
I haven't done any mods on my XJ for more than 6 years and it's been a faithful workhorse while I've been playing around with my Mustang, but I'm sure the time will come when I'll reinvent my XJ for a different purpose.
For now it's still like Kemosabe to me.

Thanks Dino. You want to update my times on the fastest jeeps list too, or do I need to specifically ask on that forum too? If so, no prob following the rules, I'm just here more often.

Thanks got the sig fixed too.
This jeep is a 99 though, not a 97. I've broken 13s in two of em now. 13.4 in 4wd 1997. And 12.7 in 2wd 1999.
