wide band O2 sensor

Ok, since I am going to use a wide band sensor along with the stock O2 sensor, would I mount it above or below the stock one?

It doesn't matter as long as it is close enough to the engine.

I've seen the dyno guys mount their wide band in the tail pipe while dyno tuning. How much does it matter, if any?

It's less accurate when mounted in the tailpipe and might read leaner than the engine actually is.
