Maximizing my combo

This stroker is in my 1999 cherokee XJ. 4.0/AW4/D30/8.25/3:55 gears 35" km2s 5.5" lift
My Combo
4.5L stroker
Scat 3.895 crank
707 Casting rods
H802CP pistons
Comp 68-200-4 cam
98 & older timing set
0630 head (57cc chambers)
Ebay header
Bored 62mm throttle body
Stock 23.2 injectors
Static Compression 9.4.3
Dynamic compression 8.25
Quench .082
Motor has about 150 miles and runs strong. I can't seem to find out how to set fuel timing. I searched for the toothpick method but there is no hole on the side of my distributor. Since my cam is aftermarket I ground off the tab on the passenger side not the block side and rotated distributor maybe 3/16 counter clockwise and it ran much stronger but still seems off. What's my best way to nail this timing?
Also I did a reset the pcm jeep was running great until I put a full tank of premium gas in the my idle started jumping around. I just replace the tps and I was thinking it could be that I got a bad one.I know the autozone ones are junk but I just replace emu if they give me trouble for new one. Now every once in awhile my idle will be sitting at 2500rpm. Tap the gas once or twice and will find itself again. There is no check engine light on either. Tps or fuel timing Idk?
Motor and everything bolted to it is new or less than 6 months old so any suggestions to improve combo? Things to look for or things I should plan on getting?
I emailed flying Ryan about a tune but looking for things I can do. Adjustable map? Injectors that are affordable? Cowl intake? I've read about every build on here but not a lot of what works best.
Also what estimated HP/TQ would a sorted combo like this make at the flywheel?
