Stroker eats gears

1998 XJ 4.6 stroker has started eating distributor gears,ran 3 years no problem, could my com cam be walking?

Are you running a HV pump?

Yes I am running melling HV ,just pulled motor last night,when I have more free time will turn down and look for clues

What weight oil are you using?

Well the com cam is junk crank needs polishing or turning ,rods and mains all junk, guess 3 years wheeling came to an end,as for my oil it was rotallia 15/30 maybe should do 5/20.
