G'day,

Any issues with putting an 05/06 TJ engine in an 03 TJ? I believe there are some differences? I found a good 06 engine and 6 speed box for a good price. I'd plan to run the 03 ECU and wiring harness. Any issues with gettin the 6 speed to fit? It looks .4" longer - hoping the slip joints can take that up or I can get the shafts shortened/lengthened.

I am unaware of any difference between a 03 and 06 TJ block. The major change happened in 1999
