Jeep Strokers

I purchased my first Jeep Wrangler 2004 4.0 and I am looking to stroke to a 4.7. It currently has 68,000 miles on it. I know what I definitely want with some things regardless of price but I need some assistance with other things so please share advice. Thanks.

Jeep 4.0 (Stock 190 HP)

1) I definitely plan to purchase a Hesco 4.7 stroker kit (Raise to 260 to 270 HP?)
2) I definitely plan to purchase a Hesco aluminum head (Raise an additional 30 HP?)
3) I definitely plan to purchase Borla Headers due to higher grade of steel (Raise additional 10 HP?)
4) I definitely plan to purchase a Borla Cat Back system (Raise additional 10 HP?)

5) I want a cool air intake system (Raise additional 10 HP?) Which one or ones should I consider and why?
6) I want a larger throttle body. Which size? 62mm or 68mm? Different suggestion?
7) Would a throttle body spacer help with this set up?
8) What else do I need to do this right?

Hesco is a good brand. What is your over all budget? Is price a big deal? What is this going into and what are you going to use it for?

It is a 2004 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 with 68,000 miles and Hesco seems to be the best way to go for me because I want high quality parts. I plan to keep it for years to come as a every day driver and eventually a pure weekend vehicle for trails. I plan to do some light trails for now but eventually do more advanced trails down the road. I would like to stay between $7000 to $7500 if possible but here is what it looks like so far:

1) Purchase a 4.7 Hesco stroker kit ($2570.00) plus cam shaft ($267.00) and timing set ($169.00) plus aluminum head ($1995.00) in addition to having work completed (Labor Cost to do all work?)

2) Purchase a brand new 4.7 Hesco stroker engine ($8999.99) in addition to having it installed (Labor cost to do it?)

I don't have the skills or time to do the work myself and want it done right so I have to decide to go for the stroker kit in the near future or hold off and buy a new engine but I am interested in knowing what the difference would be total cost wise with labor factored in for both.

My shop was going to charge me 400 to assemble my short block. Long block would be a little more. And installation would probably be around 500. Where do you live?
