Standard rocker arms and pushrod lengths

G'day fellas,
Just wondering how much lift the standard rockers arms can cope with? I'm looking at the Lunati 63500 or Comp 68-231-4 and both have around .485" at the most. Looking to run around 270 lbs of pressure at that lift. Do I need rollers or at least Hesco's heavy duty stamped rockers?
Also, looking to run 4.0 rods and IC944's and getting the block deck machined 27 thou so the pistons are flush and running the VR MLS gasket (41 thou). Anyone had similar setup that can recommend pushrods (or at least lengths)?
Cheers,
Josh
