Jeep Strokers

So... I'm just starting to really research in anticipation of my first stroker build and I have found lots of great recipes but what I have not come across is a list of the "extras"... The accessories to the stroker that really opens up the potential of the motor. Obviously, the perfect package would be a Jeep with all parts working together in harmony but what are the highest priority items to avoid choking off the power? What parts have a hard time handling the additional torque?

Fuel injectors (obviously)
Adjustable MAP?
Any other sensors?
Spark plugs? Wires? Distributor?
Air intake filter, bored throttle body (obviously)
Throttle body spacer?
Headers, high flow cat, bigger pipes?
Upgraded water pump, radiator, dual electric fans?
Brown Dog motor mounts?
Upgraded internals for the AW4?

You get my point. What is at the top of your priority list? What is often overlooked?

Adjustable MAP?OBD 1 only. Might work on early OBD II ('96-'98) but not on later models especially DIS.
Any other sensors? Stock.
Spark plugs? Wires? Distributor? Stock dizzy/wires. Maybe stock plugs too but most will need plugs two ranges colder.
Air intake filter, bored throttle body (obviously)A CAI with the biggest filter that'll fit in the available space. Make sure it gets cold air and not hot air from the engine compartment. Bored TB yes, at least 62mm.
Throttle body spacer? Don't bother. Get a '99+ intake manifold instead if you don't already have it. Port injector bosses (especially no.3 & 4) to improve flow.
Headers, high flow cat, bigger pipes? Header with 2.5" collector and 2.5" system.
Upgraded water pump, radiator, dual electric fans? Factory set up works fine. Just upgrade the fan clutch and use 180*F thermostat if living in hot climate.
Brown Dog motor mounts? Unnecessary.
Upgraded internals for the AW4? Unnecessary, but strongly recommend adding auxiliary trans cooler.

You can modify the CPS for additional base timing.

Not necessary, but I like my fringeXVO valve body. And of course a cooler.
