Cooling question 4.6 Poor Man's Stroker

I'm thinking of building a 4.6L Poor Man's Stroker with around 248 HP and 311 Ft/lbs torque using Dino Savva's recipe for poor man stroker.
It will be in a 99 Jeep XJ with small lift, 30 to 31" tires, and skidplate.
Will my stock tow package cooling system be adequate? It has stock 2 core radiator, stock water pump, stock thermostat housing.

I have a completely stock cooling system like yours and have no cooling issues on a 120*F day.
If you have an AW4 tranny, I'd strongly recommend that you add an auxiliary tranny fluid cooler.

It might depend on where you live and drive.

The highest my temp. gauge usually goes to is ambient + 100*F and it's been 118*F in the last few days.
Since I have a 180* t'stat, the gauge stays at around 180*F in the cooler months .

My 4L has a 205F Stant thermostat, which was for a 258 engine, but fits 4L.
I like it because it keeps my engine warm enough in Winter. In Summer it typically runs 208F to 210F. It never goes above 215F.
