1997 4.0 swap into a 2002 Grand Cherokee

Anybody tried to put a 1997 (ZJ) vintage 4.0 out of a Grand Cherokee in to a 2002 (WK) Grand Cherokee? Looking for help on just the swap in terms of how it will bolt in and insure all accessories and stuff will bolt up? Does this make sense?

2002 = WJ.
Its a mess to do that swap. Too many mounting bosses different on the ZJ block to make it worth it in a WJ.
