Anyone who has done a 97+ ax-15 swap

I am currently working on my aw4 to 5spd swap I have everything to do it except a wire harness because the harness on the 97 I got everything from had the older style connectors, mine is a 99. So I was just wondering is my 5spd pcm will work with my harness if I just the nss to the clutch switch idk I think im on my own here.... time for guess and check
