TPS adjustment went wrong?

I wanted to adjust my TPS or get a new one. I installed the new one and it reads 4.6V reference between A and C. B and D reads 4.5V and when you open the throttle it goes to 0V. This is completely wrong and I don't know why? I hooked the other old one up and it's the same thing.
Is my trans computer bad? The truck shifts weird and when you let off the throttle it idles high and wants to upshift when coming to a stop. It also doesn't seem to go into OD or lockup the torque converter. Can someone point me in the right direction on what to check?
Thanks

Did a little more research in the FSM, my voltages were right afterall. Somehow I was thinking that the voltage was supposed to be .8V. I forgot that was the subtracted number as a percentage.
I did however find one problem. One pin on the black harness for the trans was pulling out of the back. I pushed it back into position and plugged it back in. The truck shifts much better now, the torque converter still doesn't seem to lock up. I drove slow and listened to it go 1st through 4th but the torque converter never locked up. I drove it on the highway for a while to get it warm but nothing changed.
I have noticed when I put it in park the idle goes up to 1100rpm or so. When in drive it's around 800rpm. I don't know what sets the idle speed except for the IAC so maybe I'll check into that soon. I also need to look up what makes the torque converter lock up. The comfort/power switch seems to do nothing by the way.
A LONG way to go so anyone with any suggestions please throw them out there. This whole Renix thing is wearing thin on patience.

Have you ever clicked on the link in my signature for the "Renix tips"?

Oh yeah i have been reading that a lot! I am working through each one. They are very helpful. I have not removed the computer yet though. That looks to be the next step. I will post any results after i go through #10. Thanks

What have you done so far?
The sensor ground test is a biggie. They're all important though.
